Welcome to Romp & Roll. To ensure a plesant purchasing experience, we have established terms and conditions that apply to the agreement you enter into with Romp & Roll. Please carefully read these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") so that you are aware of the conditions that apply for your agreement with Romp & Roll.
These conditions apply to purchases made by consumers. If you have a business interest in collaborations with Romp & Roll, please contact us at contact@rompandroll.nl.

Romp & Roll is a private limited company established in the Netherlands. Romp & Roll is active in the field of buying, selling, importing, exporting, producing, and distributing baby and children's clothing and accessories.

2. Offer and agreement
- When you purchase a product from Romp & Roll you enter into an agreement with Romp & Roll. These Conditions apply to all your orders and purchases. By making an order or purchase you automatically agree with these Conditions.
- We ensure that these Conditions are easily accessible on our webshop when you place an order and at any time thereafter. You can read, reread, or download the most recent version of the Conditions through our website.
- To prevent incorrect delivery after your order, please provide us with your correct address and contact details. We securely store your information and process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy (Privacy Policy).
- An agreement resulting from an offer that contains an obvious mistake and/or error, such as an unusually low price, is not binding on Romp & Roll. Contact Romp & Roll if you doubt the validity of an offer.
- In case of force majeure, including but not limited to delivery, transport, and manufacturing problems, Romp & Roll reserves the right to cancel your order or terminate the purchase agreement, without intervention of the court. This will be communicated to you in writing.
3. Price and payment
- The price in the webshop is the total price including VAT. Shipping costs are stated separately, if applicable.
- You can pay for your order using one of the payment methods available in the Romp & Roll webshop.
- If the delivery address is outside the European Union, additional taxes may apply. The country in question may impose additional charges, such as import duties. Romp & Roll has no influence or control over such charges and cannot provide further information. Any import duties and taxes are solely your responsibility as a customer and may need to be paid upon delivery. These additional costs are at your own expense. Please check whether the ordered items can be exported and imported into the respective country and what the costs are before placing such an order.
4. Delivery
- If the delivery of your order is unexpectedly delayed, Romp & Roll will inform you. Romp & Roll cannot be held liable for any damage caused by delays by the carrier.
- If you unexpectedly receive incomplete or damaged products, please inform us as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours after receiving the products, and we will take care of the rest.
- Orders are shipped to the delivery address you provided and through the delivery method you selected. For shipping costs to your country, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions page on our website.
- In case of providing an incorrect address, the costs for the lost product will be at your own expense.
5. Liability
- Romp & Roll strives to display products as completely and accurately as possible on its website. The nature of the offered products may result in differences (such as color differences) between the display of products on the website and the product delivered to you. Does the product seem different than expected? You have 30 days to return your product. The product can only be returned if it is clean and unworn.
- The products we offer are, of course, subject to wear and tear. The lifespan of a product depends on the material of the product, the intensity of use, and the level of maintenance. Romp & Roll products are made from the best quality materials as indicated on the website. Romp & Roll stands for quality under normal use. However, for optimal lifespan and quality, it is essential to follow the care instructions. If you still believe there is something wrong with your product, please let us know your complaint by sending an email to contact@rompandroll.nl.
- All products in the Romp & Roll collection are carefully developed. Romp & Roll cannot accept liability for any form of damage, whether physical, material, or immaterial, that may arise from the improper functioning or incorrect use of the products sold by Romp & Roll and/or the detachment of materials or accessories.
- The content of the website is compiled with the utmost care. However, Romp & Roll cannot exclude the possibility of any errors or incompleteness in the information on this website. Romp & Roll cannot accept liability for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information on the website.
6. Return policy
- According to the ‘right of withdrawal’, you have a period of 14 days after receiving the product to return your purchase from Romp & Roll without giving a reason. At Romp & Roll, we have extended this period, and you can return products within 30 days.
- To make use of the ‘right of withdrawal’, you can register your return via our return portal: https://rompandroll.montareturns.com. After registering your return, you will receive a return label to send the product back to us.
- It is also possible to return part of your order. You can also register a partial return in our return portal: https://rompandroll.montareturns.com.
- We ask you to return products as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receiving all products in your order, to the address of Romp & Roll as stated on the shipping label you receive via the return portal or by email.
- You can try our products to the extent necessary to make a purchase. Make sure the product is clean and unworn and that the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged, or washed, or show other signs of wear, you owe Romp & Roll the full purchase price of the product.
- Romp & Roll will refund the amount paid, minus any shipping and return costs, no later than 10 working days after receiving the returned product(s). In the case of a partial return, we will only refund the costs of the returned product. We will refund you with the same payment method you used for the original payment.
- The contribution to return costs is €2.95 per return. This partially covers the costs of the return shipment and the processing of your return. If you opt for a different, more expensive option for returning than Romp & Roll's standard return method, these additional costs will be at your own expense.
7. Intellectual property
- Romp & Roll owns all intellectual property rights related to the brand, products, and website, including all promotional materials such as videos and photography.
- It is not allowed to copy, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and other materials, without prior written consent from Romp & Roll B.V.
- Unauthorized use is considered a violation of our intellectual property rights and may lead to legal action. For requests regarding the use of our content, you can contact us at contact@rompandroll.nl.
8. Changes
- Changes to these Conditions will be published on the website and will be immediately effective from that date. You are advised to read these Conditions carefully when ordering from us. These Conditions were last updated on January 9, 2024.
9. Applicable law
- Dutch law applies to these Conditions and the agreement between you and Romp & Roll.
- In case of a conflict, the District Court of Amsterdam will decide on the matter, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer according to the country of your residence.
