Our Rompers

Where are the rompers made?

The rompers are handmade in our atelier in Portugal.

What material are the rompers made of?

The rompers are made of 95% organic cotton and 5% elastane.

How should I wash the rompers?

We recommend to wash our rompers at 30 degrees. Good for the rompers, and good for the environment. 

For tough stains, you can wash the rompers up to 60 degrees Celsius. This may cause them to shrink slightly (up to 5%).

Can the rompers be tumble dried?

The rompers can be tumble dried. Keep in mind that they can shrink up to 5% the first time. They then become slightly longer as they are worn.

There are stains on the romper that are difficult to remove. What can I do? 

  1. Rinse the stain as soon as possible with cold or lukewarm water. 
  2. Take an ox-gall soap block, make it slightly wet, and apply it gently. Let it work for 30 minutes.  
  3. Wash the romper at a maximum of 40 degrees (although we recommend 30 degrees). Not hotter, or the ox-gall soap will lose its effectiveness. 
How do I know which size to order?

In our size chart, you can find all the information about our sizing. Each romper has a double size. If you doubt between two sizes, we recommend selecting the smaller size.

Is the packaging recyclable?

Yes, all our packaging is made of FSC-certified cardboard and can be placed in the paper recycling.

What does the GOTS certification mean?

GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard. It indicates that our rompers are produced in a sustainable way. They are made from organic cotton without harmful chemicals. The entire production process is environmentally friendly, using as little water and energy as possible. We also ensure that the working conditions for everyone in the chain are good.

Can I give Romp & Roll as a gift?

Yes, you can give Romp & Roll as a gift. In the cart you can add a personal message. On the day of delivery, this message will be sentvia e-mail to the gift recipient.

You can pay in our webshop with the following payment methods:

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs within the Netherlands are €2,95. For orders above €45, your package will be shipped for free.

Outside the Netherlands, but within the EU, the shipping costs are €5,95.

What is the delivery time of my order?

If you order before 17:00, your order will be delivered the next working day via PostNL as a mailbox package. Please note that there is no mail delivery on Sundays and Mondays. Orders with more than 4 rompers are shipped by parcel post.

How are the rompers shipped?

For orders up to four pieces, our rompers are shipped in a mailbox package with PostNL.

Do I receive a tracking code?

Yes, after your order, you will receive a track & trace code from PostNL by email.

What should I do if I have a problem with my order?

You may return items from your order within a 30-day period.

To initiate your return, please go to our return portal. Here you can register the return and download the return label. The return fee is €2,95 per return, which will be deducted from the refund amount. After receiving your return, we will refund the return amount to your bank account within 10 working days.
